The purpose of this seminar is to assist you to master your mind through profound meditation practices from the Viniyoga tradition. The practices taught will incorporate some of its holistic range of tools, including simple body movements (Āsana), conscious breath regulation (Prāṇāyāma), repetition of oral sounds (Mantra), visualizations (Bhāvanā), gestures (Nyāsa) and guided meditation (Dhyānam).
This practice-only seminar will contain a set of eight modules, each module focusing on a practice different theme. The focus for each module has been carefully chosen to address different needs of practitioners, especially during these challenging times. You are advised to practice the meditation that is taught until the next module, and repeat the procedure for the entire month. After the month is over, participants will be able to continue to use any of these safe meditation practices, depending on their individual needs, in consultation with their mentor or supervisor.
Even if you are unable to attend the event live, you can still listen to the sessions at your own leisure.
