Cancellation Policy for Online Mentoring Classes
If a session is cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled time, the credit due for the session will be deducted. Withdrawal from the package will invoke a cancellation fee of €50, which will be deducted from the balance due at the time of cancelling and only the remaining amount will be refunded. 

 Cancellation Policy for Online Courses
If participation in an online Course is cancelled up to 24 hours of the scheduled time of the first session, the full amount will be refunded to the participant. For cancellations after this time period, there are no refunds.

 Cancellation Policy for Offline Courses
If participation in an offline Course is cancelled up to one month before the scheduled time of the first class, the full amount will be refunded to the participant. For cancellations after this time period, there are no refunds.
