The legendary master Ācārya T Krishnamacharya, composed many beautiful poems, through which he shared his deep insights into the different aspects of Yoga philosophy. Among them is a jewel called Dhyānamālikā, which deals with the topic of Meditation. Presented in a beautiful melody, this collection of 34 verses offers a wide variety of ideas concerning meditation, and contains the essence of the teachings from Yogasütra, Brahmasūtra, The Upaniṣad-s, Purāṇa-s and the section of Vedic Philosophy called Karma Kāṇḍa. Not only is the message of the composition highly inspiring and deeply reflective, its melody also brings a soothing healing feeling to its listeners. The subtle yet strong spiritual composition can begin and aid a curative journey on many different dimensions of the individual.
The seminar was originally conducted in April 2020, and is now open once again for participants who missed it at this time. You can purchase access to this course and gain insights into this wonderful text.
Through a series of four Audio Recordings, participants will learn the essential concepts from this text, and discuss its practical application either for themselves or for their students. Each module consists of two sessions of 50 minutes each. The seminar is conducted in English.
All participants will be provided access to the Resource Centre, where they can download the handouts and the pre-recorded sessions, and listen to them at their own leisurely pace.
