This Gāyatrī-mantra is dedicated to the Moon. It is one of the Gāyatri mantra-s for the Moon. It honours the moon as the one born out of the ocean of Milk, and who represents the principle beyond boundaries. We request this moon to enlighten and shine in our heart.
